Exchange ChangeNow

Used changeNOW quite a bit during the last year. The fees are decent compared to other services but sometimes they just stop working. Like everything freezes and so do your coins that were supposed to be swapped. Support is little helpful and will just make up the usual excuses (we are working on it, asap). Would not recommend.

I exchanged BTC for TRON, sent BTC received all confirmation, they have my money, but they did not send me anything and say that my money is stuck at the stage of payment and make me wait an indefinite amount of time, I ask the administration bestchange to appeal to them to punish for fraudulent customers.

[Issue has been fully resolved] Aweful exchange. very bad service. They have problems with recognition of TRC20 transfers. Only receive funds, but they don't release. Support replies to wait for several hours. No warning was on the front page, no warnings before confirming the exchange. If you have problems - you warn. I then use other platforms which don't block my money for uncertain period of time. Don’t use Changenow! I’m waiting for 72hs for my exchange to complete! They don't give me any answer, only wait 10 more hours, please. You've been warned!
