My money was lost because of your bad technical work, since your system does not support lighting network, why does your page let me fill the fields in the form, then clicking the submit button, then asking me to pay to your address, then waiting like a stupid for the transaction to be done... whereas this transaction was limited by time from another company (3 minutes) anyone with base knowledges in HTML5 or JS know how to check filled forms automatically, BTC addresses range from 27 to 34 alphanumeric characters, with each one beginning with 1, 3, or bc1. When I contacted the support they told me I was using old version form, I haven't seen where is the new one ? I followed the link clicked from BestChange, it's not my fault if you don't update your links or you don't do a web redirection, I was also limited by time from the other company (receiver) this is why my 2nd transaction was lost, in the 2nd I have a part of responsibility, but the big responsibility is yours, I asked you to refund my money you refused, I asked 50% refund you refused, I asked you a 25% refund and you refused, I asked you to refund me what you think I deserve and you refused too ! ok so I must report this issue here, maybe it will be helpful for you to enhance your service in the future, and please don't click claim canceled until I cancel it from my side.

I sent 9USD in order to get around 8USD. Exchanging service sent me only 1.44$. I want cancel this transaction. Please help me, I want my money back.
